Description
Spectrum's completely assembled end mount or “T” style rake is set for one handed use with portable power and air tools. Designed as an anti-glazing and facing device for cloth buffing wheels. Handle is flared at the base to help prevent loss of grip when raking. Steel rake head is easily replaceable when worn.
Buffing wheel rakes are designed specifically for edge cut cotton buffing wheels. The main purpose is for cleaning and to remove glazing but they are also very effective at fraying the face of new lathe cut cloth buffs prior to use. Light raking is an essential part of an initial facing and the entire buffing process. Allows for improved compound retention, reduced waste, and higher quality finishes. For optimum performance and life of the head rake buffing wheels frequently and lightly.
Precautions: To help prevent accidents and injury rake buffs lightly at first and gradually increase pressure if necessary. Wear all appropriate safety clothing, eye-wear, and respiratory protection during use. Teeth are very sharp and can cause severe injury if use carelessly or improperly

This product is terrible, followed the instructions to apply it. Washed the car once since it was applied and caught in a rain storm today it performed so poorly, it didn't make a difference at all. I've had better results and length of use with Rain-X. Glassparency has only been on my windshield for 1 month I expected better results.
