Leather Honey's Leather Conditioner is a non-toxic, all-natural leather conditioner designed to infuse leather with necessary moisture.
Leather is a natural material, and as such it requires frequent hydration to stay beautiful and soft. When left untreated, leather dries out and becomes brittle. Leather Honey Leather Conditioner is designed to restore that moisture, protecting new leather and restoring old leather. Leather Honey Leather Conditioner comes in a wide range of sizes to meet a variety of needs.
When purchasing, choose the bottle size that best matches the task at hand. The half-pint bottle is perfect for smaller items. Use for Accessories and Small Apparel Because a little Leather Honey Leather Conditioner goes a long way, the half-pint bottle is more than enough product for small leather accessories and medium-sized items. Depending on the condition of your leather, a half-pint may also be enough for a small leather jacket or a pair of leather work boots. Often, treating a jacket takes just four ounces, while a pair of brand-new work boots may require only two ounces.
How to Use Leather Honey
Once you receive your bottle of Leather Honey Leather Conditioner, using it is quite simple. First, clean your leather using Leather Honey Leather Cleaner to remove any grit and grime build up. Keep in mind that new leather items do not need to be cleaned.
Once the leather is clean and dry, test the leather conditioner in a small, discreet area. It is essential to allow the leather adequate time to dry after cleaning – you don’t want to seal in water by conditioning damp leather, which may lead to mildew.
Using a Lint-Free Application Cloth, apply a thin, even coat to the surface of your leather item. Let it absorb for a minimum of two hours – preferably overnight — then wipe off any excess using another dry lint-free cloth. With a half-pint bottle, you will be able to apply Leather Honey to small accessories several times as needed, because a little goes a long way. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition they were received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns on equipment: We will charge a 20% restocking fee plus shipping for any equipment returned for any reason other than a manufacturer's defect.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@meticulousdetailing.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a PDF of a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within one week. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
