Received damaged (Twisted) and bracket missing… very quick response on same day I received the order saying that they will receive new order in ten days…(March 11). Since then… I sent two update request and now more answer… now April 15th and still waiting for my order to be shipped and/or an update from them… not the kind of meticulous customer service in my opinion…
j'adore ce produit, odeur un peu mauvais, mais fait très bien son travail. La décontamination de la peinture est complète, je recommande ce produit. Merci à toute l'équipe de Meticulous Detailing.
This product is terrible, followed the instructions to apply it. Washed the car once since it was applied and caught in a rain storm today it performed so poorly, it didn't make a difference at all. I've had better results and length of use with Rain-X. Glassparency has only been on my windshield for 1 month I expected better results.
