MICRO CUT M3.02 is the latest generation machine micro-polish for the permanent removal of streaks, holograms, fine scratches and sanding marks to P3000 grain size on all paint systems (including scratch-resistant). Through the use of highly specialized, extremely homogeneous abrasive bodies, a brilliant permanent high gloss finish is created under extreme light conditions even on dark and similarly sensitive shades. Holograms and fine scratches are eliminated mechanically and NOT, which is often the case, covered over. MICRO CUT M3.02 is extremely economical, easy to polish and removable without leaving traces.

Recommendations For Use
For optimum results we also recommend using Koch-Chemie's MICRO CUT (Purple) Pad and an orbital polisher with forced rotation. Alternatively a rotary polisher can also be used in combination with Koch-Chemie's MICRO CUT (Purple) Pad. Before use, moisten dried or new pads completely with polish. With the machine switched off, apply the polish evenly over the surface to be treated and then polish crosswise with medium pressure until a transparent film appears, ie, until the aluminum oxide in the polish has completely broken down. Do not use pads used with this product for other products.
Warnings
Shake before using. Before using, check suitability and compatibility. Do not use on hot surfaces. Protect against frost and excessive heat.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition they were received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns on equipment: We will charge a 20% restocking fee plus shipping for any equipment returned for any reason other than a manufacturer's defect.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@meticulousdetailing.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a PDF of a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within one week. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
