Steel Wool may not be something we think to use on an automobile but for detailing it seriously has some great uses. Detailers use steel wool to aid in the removal of various types of materials during the cleaning process. Fine grade steel wool may be used on glass to remove adhesive or used on the interior step plate to remove debris. This old school item is still commonly used by professional detailers.
